Closed Eye Line Drawing

This year I have particularly enjoyed experimenting with expressing myself through the use of continuous line drawings. This has enabled me to view the way I draw in a different way and to not be as precious about my work and the way it turns out. It has allowed me to give my work a depth through emotions as it is such an expressive way of working. I feel my tonal work has highly inproved and I have had the opportunity of working in many different materials, including pen, pencil, pastel, paint and charcoal on a 2D scale. Drawing, I feel, is definitely one of my strengths and is how I start and develop many of my projects. I have really enjoyed the drawing module of my course and am excited to extend my skills further.
